Basic Coach

Horse-assisted Liberal Coaching for beginners

Training: Basic Coach - Horse-assisted liberal coaching

The Basic Coach training programme is ideal as an introduction to a new profession as well as for intensive personal development. The basic content of the previous, very comprehensive training programmes has been condensed and reworked for the Basic Coach. A solid foundation for a successful start in equine assisted coaching.

Part 1: The basics of liberal ground work and building a horse-friendly partnership.
Part 2: The basics of horse-assisted coaching, coaching language and goal-orientated questioning techniques. Accompanying simple coaching processes in human-horse encounters.

The theoretical content is taught in an easily understandable and practice-orientated way. You will receive a detailed script for each training weekend. Integral components include extensive practical work with and without horses, guided nature experiences, as well as relaxation and mindfulness exercises. In this way, the training not only serves to impart professional expertise, but also personal self-awareness and development.
